Q: What kinds of insurance do you accept?

A: Insurance enrollment and changes are constant within the medical field so please inquire directly.  If you insurance is not immediately accepted, please check back again in a couple of months.

Yes.  We accept NYS WCOMP (Workers Compensations) cases

Other Networks pending

Yes.  We can accept you as a patient if your insurance offers out-of-network benefits.

Q: Do you accept Check, Cash, or Credit Card?

A: Absolutely.  Cash is welcome.  Credit Cards are no problem.  We accept Checks upon verification of funds.

Q: Do I need a Dr’s prescription?

A: Please check with your insurance company as this is different for each; however, most do require a Dr.’s prescription.  However, medicare does not require for the first 60-days.

Q: What is your office specialty?

A: Physical Therapy stemming from Orthopedic injury or surgery, chronic & acute pain management, Neurologic problems (e.g., Stroke, Parkinson’s, etc. management) and natural wellness.
